Sensei Sean Gore, 3rd dan (Shidoin)

- Sensei Sean Gore
Sean has trained in the art of Goju Ryu Karate-do for over 23 years. He holds the rank of sandan (3rd degree black belt) and title of Shidoin (certified instructor) under the Seiwa Kai organization, signed by Seiichi Fujiwara Hanshi. He also holds the rank of sandan in  Canadian-Japanese Goju Ryu Karate-do under Kyoshi Fries, recognized by the Rônin Goju Ryu Kai World Karate Organization®. He's currently working towards attaining his dan certification in Okinawan Goju Ryu Karate-do under Tetsuji Nakamura Sensei (IOGKF). Sean is a NCCP level 2 trained Karate Coach working towards Level 2 NCCP Certification. Sean also has current CPR level C certification from the Canadian Red Cross.

He also has ranking and/or background in Judo with Sensei Henry Boas, and Military Unarmed Combat training with Sensei Sean Bacon. He's competed in mixed martial arts events in Ontario. Sean has had the opportunity to train with world renowned instructors such as Grandmaster Morio Higaonna Sensei, Hanshi Patrick McCarthy, Sifu Larry Hartsell, Hanshi Carlos Montalvo, and Hanshi Gary Legacy.

Sean believes in training the body, mind, and spirit. His classes provoke new thoughts, encourage his students to think critically, and present small battles for the spirit and body to overcome.
